The Problems and Advices on Investing Risks of Agricultural Reducing Disaster in China
According to the data of farmland stricken areas and national almsgiving expenses in the whole country in the 21 years (1983-2004), this text makes statistics and analyses to find that investment of reducing disaster and almsgiving expenses are not mainly relative with agriculture stricken degrees in the years or area which have serious the situation of disasters. It shows that there is great random or risking in the investment of the reducing disasters. It is good lessons to consider on national budget, fund investment and inclining policy.
