Early warning model of the transformation risk of scientific and technical achievements based on fuzzy gray appraisal

摘要：

The risk is a key factor to restrict the transformation of scientific and technical achievements. Based on the transformation risk characteristic of the scientific achievement, the paper not only makes good use of the experts evaluation, which is fuzzy but also uses the gray clustering theory, finally gets a gray statistical index. By structuring the fuzzy subordin ating matrix of the transformation risk of the scientific achievements, the paper builds the early-warning model of the risk evaluation, which mixes up the gray appraising and the fuzzy appraising to make the risk early warning more objective and accurate. In the end, it realizes the scientific analysis and estimation on the risk in transferring of scientific achievements.
