Optimization Model and Algorithm of Dynamic Vehicle Scheduling in Emergency Management

摘要：

The development of the society brings much more conflicts of population, resources, environment, etc., which result in various disasters and incidents. Emergency Management plays a more and more important role in our society.Under the requirement of public and government management on disaster and incidents, an effective dynamic vehicle scheduliug method is needed. In this paper, a linear programming model with time constraints which can help solve the problem is raised. On the basis of Hungarian algorithm, an algorithm is given, and a case is discussed lastly.
