Study on Organization Crisis Characters and Measurement of Enterprises in Different Development Stages

摘要：

Given the internal and external environment of dynamic change, enterprises are facing various crises. Organizationcrisis is that the organizational structure unsuited to the needs of enterprise development scale. On the basis of a detailed analysis of organization crisis character in different development stages, the paper selected a developing stage enterprise, establishing the organization crisis measure index system, and measuring the degree of organization crisis with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
