The Study on the Oil Alarming System Based on the Probabilistic Neutral Network

摘要：

In terms of the oil security alarming problems, 4 representative indicators herein are selected by using export survey approach among the indicators of the economic development indemnified indicator, economic cost indicator, and sustainable development indicator, and the oil security alarming system model is established by using the sound classification of probabilistic neural network, which generalized test has proved of sound generalization with relatively high application value. The alarming evaluation shows that it is not optimistic for China oil security outlook, and a well-established oil security indemnification system is in urgent need.
