Application of Game Theory in Crisis Management of Human Resource
Human resource is the most valuable resource in enterprises. The rise and fall of enterprises in fierce market competition depends on whether the human resource management is successful or not. Therefore, human resource crisis management is the keypoint of crisis management in enterprises. This paper applies the bargain model to analyze what strategies of crisis management the enterprises should take for different employees in the different condition.
