The Study on Forewarning of the Technical Staff Drain
Human resources are one of the most important resources in the existence and development of enterprises and technical talent is the kind of persons who have the ability to create a core competence for the enterprise, so the loss of these persons will have a severely bad effect on the enterprises operation. The paper firstly analyses the causes of the loss of technical staff. And then it establishes an index forewarning system to measure the risk of the loss of the technical staff. Lastly, an example is provided to illustrate how to judge the trend of brain drain in technology.
