STUDY ON STRESS ANALYTICS COMPUTATION METHOD FOR SUPERPOSITION THROTTLE SLICES OF SHOCK ABSORBER
Analyzed the deformation, internal forces and stress of throttle slice of shock absorber, the slice stress coefficient and formula were found through the relation with the deformation. Based on, analyzed the stress of superposition throttle slices, the thickness-ratio coefficients and the stress-ratio coefficients of superposition throttle slices were established through the relation with the thickness, equivalent thickness,pressure and stress. Followed is a practical example for radial, circumferential and complex stress computation of throttle slice with this method, together with its approximately by Machine Design Book and numerical simulation by ANSYSY,compared the methods for stress computation. The compared results show that the stress analytics computation method of superposition throttle slices is accurate enough, can be used to analyze and compute the stress at any radius position of superposition throttle slices.
