MECHANICAL ANALYSIS FOR THE Ⅰ-STEEL BEAM WITH CORRUGATED WEB
As a kind of improved form of ordinary Ⅰ-steel beam, Ⅰ-steel beam with corrugated web is a kind of new-type and efficient steel structure member. Ⅰ-steel beam with corrugated web has many advantages, such as Ⅰ-steel beam with corrugated web with thinner thickness can consumedly raise the out-of-plane stiffness of the beam, which is advantageous to raise the stability of press resistance and the ability of lateral bending flexure resistance. In this paper the advantages of the Ⅰ-steel beam with corrugated web were introduced and the mechanical behaviors were analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS, the comparison with ordinary Ⅰ-steel beam was made also.
