Application of hydrodynamics in design of flotation deinking cell

摘要：

Step diffuser is a predominant injector used as aeration system of the flotation deinking cell now. The application of hydrodynamics in the design of step diffuser is discussed. Structure design principles about step diffuser were put forward. A laboratory step diffuser and a laboratory flotation deinking cell were developed by our laboratory. Flotation deinking experiments of waste paper pulp confirmed its superior performance of laboratory cell.
