Strength Analysis of Elastic Bar Based on ANSYS Simulation
By means of commercial soft ANSYS-10.0, the current research simulates the elastic bar used at the underground railway of Guangzhou metro Line 4. The results show that (1) ?under the conditions of the constant compress displacement of 10.4 mm or the constant fixed-plug-in displacement of 84 mm, the stress distributions are simulated by means of varying the corresponding fixed-plug-in displacement or the corresponding compress displacement respectively, the final simulated maximum stress occur the same arc region of 1490 Mpa, which is over the ultra tensile strength of 60Si2Mn ; (2) comparing the compress displacement with the fixed-plug-in displacement which affecting both the stress distribution and the maximum stress, it appears that the compress displacement strongly influence the stress distribution.
