The plastic flow and finite element simulation of plastic fine blanking
The both of the ordinary and common fine punching belong to blanking process with burr. Usually the perfect rate is only 33%. The paper puts forward a idea of fine blanking deform of the negative clearance plastic shearing on the plastic flow and researches the plastic status of material in the shearing zone under the condition of negative clearance. The plastic flow of the metal material for the fine blanking deform of the plastic shearing is discussed. The paper analyzed stress status of blanking deforming field. By analyzing of the blanking force and stress, the paper brings forward the method of setting up the three-directions pressed stress. And the method could determine if the material of deformed field enters plastic status. Some parameters that make the material of blanked zone enter into the plastic status are given. The theory analysis indicates that the material could keep plastic status, when Ws of deforming field material for common carbon steel Q235 reaches 8.34 Mpa. The status of plastic flowing in the shearing zone is simulated. The simulating result indicates that the material of shearing zone does not generate a break in the whole blanking procedure.
