A New Cold Forming Process for T-yoke Used on Loudspeakers

摘要：

T-yoke is one of the key components in loudspeakers and has been extensive investigated for its various applications. A new manufacturing process is described in this study, which not only improves quality of the T-yoke production, but also increases production efficiency, I.e. much output with less time. The design scheme and calculation for cold forming process and different die shapes are also researched in this study.
