A NEW OPTIMIZATION METHOD OF CONSTITUTIVE EQUATION FOR HOT WORKING BASED ON PHYSICAL SIMULATION AND NUMEICAL SIMULATION

In order to establish high accuracy and high reliability model to predict the plastic forming of the materials, it is necessary to determine the constitutive equation of the materials which can exactly depict the deformation behavior during the hot working. The constitutive equation shows the inherent deformation characteristics and describes the dependence of flow stress on strain, strain rate and temperature, which is necessary material model for the finite element simulation. So, the constitutive equation is the basic information to depict the deformation behavior of materials. For metal materials, especially materials difficult to deform in aerospace field, it is very important to establish high accuracy constitutive equation. At present, simulation experiment method is used to determine the constitutive equation. For obtaining accurate and reliable constitutive equation, effective measure is adopted to eliminate the influences of the factor outside material itself, such as geometry factor, friction factor and the effect of the internal heat source induced by plastic deformation. Some of the influence factors can be mended during experimental data processing, but it is difficult to clear up the influences and ensure the accuracy and reliability.
