The Research of Preparation of Polybutylcyanoacrylate Nanoparticle and Its Self-assembling Mechanism

Though the latex polymerization with stability (Dextran), the polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticle with a size significantly approximately 200nm is preduced. Using TEM and EDS we study technics condition, the combination state and the relation between polybutylcyanoacrylate and Dextran, and it?s self-assembling mechanism. The result is that the size and the surface morphology of polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticle relative to concentration of origin material, ditto speed, reaction time, pH, non-ionic surfactant osculatily. The self-assembling of polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticle is similar to mechanism of uncleation of colloid system.
