RESEARCHES ON PERFORMANCE-ASSOCIATED COMPENSATION MODE OF ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORTING STAFF IN ENTERPRISE
An effective compensation mode plays an important role in staff motivation and enterprise targets realization.Associating staffs compensation with enterprises performance is not only an important part of Performance Management, but also a key element of setting up a reasonable compensation system.For administration and supporting staff, a compensation system which associates with enterprise performance is presented.The specifications and advantages of the mode are also analyzed.
