Study of the Causes and Strategies of Salinization in Jilin West Plain
The west part of Jilin Province is a vulnerable eco-geo-environmental integrated area of farm and pasture. The serious salinization of these areas is due to a combination of natural, economic and social factors. In order to ameliorate the salinization, and to improve the eco-recovery in these areas, we need to make plans and relevant laws for the systematic development, change the models of economic development, adopt a series of measures of engineering technology and agricultural technology, improve peoples ideas about protecting the ecology, and control the population in these areas.
