Application of Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) in determination of impurity content in Antimony Metal and Antimony Trioxide

摘要：

Impurity content such as Pb, As, Cu, Fe, Bi, Cd, Cr, and Sn in antimony metal may be rapidly determined using ICP-OES and dissolving antimony metal in aqua regia. Impurity content such as As, Cr and Sn in antimony trioxide can be rapidly determined using ICP-OES and dissolving antimony trioxide in aqua regia. Impurity content such as Pb, Cu, Fe, Bi, and Cd can be rapidly determined using ICP-OES and solution of antimony trioxide in hydrochloric acid-hydrobromic acid after antimony has been removed.
