Motor integrated applications have additional requirements regarding the power components compared with applications used in switching cabinets1. Additionally, servo applications require an advanced thermal and electrical performance to cover the high dynamic operation of the application.Following are some of the conditions which generate additional requirements for a 1200V/25A IPM designed for motor integrated servo application.
