VISCO-PLASTIC DEFORMATION SIMULATION FOR DIRECTIONALLY SOLIDIFIED SUPER ALLOY DZ125

According to a group of mechanical behavior experiments,it is found that DZ125 material has complex deformation characteristics on various load conditions. The experiments were done at room temperature, and the temperature of 760 ℃,850 ℃,980 ℃. The items of the tests are ratedependent tension, cyclic harder/soften, cyclic relaxation of mean stress, and creep under constant stress. It is found that mechanical behavior of DZ125 depend on test temperature,orientation of samples, strain rate, strain amplitude, strain ratio,stress amplitude, etc. To simulate mechanics characteristic of directionally solidified super alloy, M(6×6) matrix is added in traditional Chaboche constitutive. To describe the third stage creep, a new creep formula is added in. Using the modified anisotropic Chaboche unified visco-plastic constitutive models the mechanics character of DZ125 by coding the users material subroutine (UMAT) in ABAQUS platform. The numerical simulations show that the modified Chaboche constitutive has sufficient capability of modeling DZ125 various mechanical behavior under complex loading conditions.
