METHODOLOGY OF VIBRATIONAL RELIABILITY EVALUATION OF STRUCTURES
The fatigue fault caused by blade vibration is one of the primary reasons for the aeroengine failures, which often arises catastrophe. Based on traditional structural vibration analysis and by use of Goodman curve and the interference theory of stress and strength, combined with the scatter of other parameters (natural frequency, excitation frequency, exciting force amplitude and fatigue strength), both scatter of critical damping ratio and mean stress has been introduced into vibrational reliability models of structures in this paper,meanwhile, the expression and analysis procedures of reliability have been presented. The example indicates that the computation results by numerical method are in accordance with Monte-Carlo Simulation, which indicates that the model presented in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
