THE EXPERIMENT INVESTIGATION OF BACK-STEP THREE-DIMENSIONAL SLOTS ON TURBINE BLADE
According to the cooling structural characteristic of turbine blades trailing edge, a test station researching the film-cooling characteristic of back-step three-dimensional slots has been built.The film cooling effectiveness of slot centre line and rib centre line is measured, as well as the partial distribution of heat transfer coefficient. Effects of aerodynamic parameter change on the cooling effectiveness and heat transfer coefficient is studied under different geometric structure, in which variation parameter of slot wide to rib wide ratio are 0.67, 1.0 and 2.0, with the secondary flow Reynolds number, which based on slot high,change ranging from 5000 to 15000, and the change of blowing ratio from 0.5 to 2.0. The test result indicates: the cooling effectiveness of slot centre line decreases gradually along the flowing direction. The cooling effectiveness of rib centre line tends to go up first, and then do down. The heat transfer coefficient increases as slot wide to rib wide ratio increase. The three dimensional mixing region reduces with slot high to lip high ratio decreases. Slot high to lip high ratio and blowing ratio mainly influence the three-dimensional mixing region at the outlet of slots, the influences range gradually decreases along the flowing direction. The Reynolds number has little effect on the cooling effectiveness, but much on heat transfer coefficient,which increase with the increasing of Reynolds number.
