THE EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON HEAT TRANSFER OF THE DRUG-REDUCTION SURFACE
The experimental results based on the Reynolds analogy investigated the flow-resistance and heat transfer characteristics of small longitudinal grooved surfaces in the rectangular channel are presented. The experimental results indicates that the small longitudinal grooved surfaces of h=s=0.5mm has obviously drag-reduction effect within the range of Reynolds number from 10000 to 80000, and its drag-reduction is decreasing as the increase of Reynolds number. The maximum drag-reduction effect is about 5%. When the range of Reynolds number is from 10000 to 30000, the drag-reduction surface weaken the heat transfer of surface, When the range of Reynolds number is from 30000 to 80000, the drag-reduction surface enhance the heat transfer of surface. The heat transfer enhancement ratio is increasing with the growing of Reynolds number. the maximum of heat transfer enhancement is 17%,and the maximum of heat transfer decrease is 23%.
