TECHNIQUE OF WIRELESS DATA TRANSMISSION IN THE ROTOR OF A COMPRESSOR
Dynamic pressure distribution on the rotor blade surface (PDRBS) is important information to researchers who work on compressor design. This paper describes a design of a wireless system for data transmission, whose primary part uses a single chip (80C196KB) to control the transceiver (TRF6900), and performs real-time data collection. Two circuits of wireless transmission were built, one for transmitting data and the other for receiving. The simulative experiment with the same condition as the compressor rotor, which has high rotating speed, high acceleration and unstable temperature proved the feasibility of the system.
