High Precision Location Algorithm for Optical Feature of Vision Measurement
To meet the requirement for precision location of optical feature in the vision coordinates measurement system based on optical features imaging, the Gauss distribution multi-fitting location algorithm based on bilinear interpolation was presented in the paper. The method fit the grey distribution of optical feature imaging by Gauss distribution function, and the mathematics model was constructed on grey value of pixel points in the object image,coordinates location and centre of optical feature using the grey value height relativity among the pixels points in the feature image and the location of feature was estimated precisely. In the same, the bilinear interpolation algorithm and multi-fitting method were used to improve the location precision of the location algorithm presented. Finally, the experiment results show that the standard deviation is 0.0055pixels and the repeatability is less than 0.011pixels and prove the method holds good location precision and can locate for optical feature precisely.
