Research on Three-Dimensional Measurement System of Bubble Behavior in Two-Phase Gas-Liquid Flow
Bubble behavior is the basic research problem in gas-liquid flow field for it can reflect main properties of the liquid in the flow. This paper designed a kind of monocular stereoscopic sensor with only one CCD camera and two groups of symmetric reflecting mirrors.Imaging fundamentals have been analyzed in detail and map math model has been established. It demonstrated that the geometric structure parameters determined the scope of the valid field of view and measurement accuracy is related with both structure parameters and position of the target in the field of view. A flow of image pre-process algorithms were designed according to the feature of images. Parameters such as centroid of bubble, capacity and velocity in twodimensional plane have been calculated. Experiments indicated that the monocular stereoscopic sensor designed in this paper could be applied in several short range measuring situations with great ratio of performance and price.
