Effect and action of government on sustainable construction in China
With the booming economy in China, a profound population shift and an explosion in construction industry come with the urbanization process, as well as the worry about the sustainability of the development. This paper explores how government ensures the sustainable construction in China to protect the environment. A case about control on air pollution is illustrated. The action of central and local government is put forward and analyzed. It is proved that some obvious achievements can be seen in China due to the efforts of government. And also the whole society has been encouraged by the action of government.
