Motive of establishing building enterprise group based on game theory
Based on many existed problems in China construction industry such as over-competition, un-reasonable industrial structure, in order to achieve the target of effective competition, the reasonability and feasibility of establishing building enterprise group were described based on the industrial organization theory and game theory, then the game model, equilibrium solution and optimization problem were analyzed to reveal the motivation of enterprises merger, the theory basis of building enterprise group was put forward. Finally, policy implications were obtained.
