C.Maclaurin Expansion-based Ellipse Production Algorithm

摘要：

By analyzing and researching a number of ellipse generation algorithm, a new method with high efficiency and accuracy named C. Maclaurin expansion-based ellipse production algorithm has been constructed, which solves the contradiction of efficiency and precision in the traditional ellipse production algorithms.
