An AHP-based Fuzzy Evaluation on Business Merge Risk

摘要：

There exists much risk when corporations merge,which decides the success of the merge. Thus, risk evaluation is a very important step for corporations to make right decisions and the basis for integrating them. Based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper analyzes the merge risk and proposes a fuzzy evaluation approach for that. An example is used to illustrate the proposed approach.
