Mathematics Modeling Method and Software Implementation Based on Precipitation Forecast

摘要：

This paper analyzes the character of the precipitation data using difference numerical value fitting method with a set of precipitation data, build up the precipitation forecast optimizing analysis to get the precipitation forecast optimized. Based on it, we establish the mathematics modelling of the precipitation forecast and implement it with software. This method improves the accuracy and timeliness of the precipitation forecast, and makes the forecast more satisfied.
