Knowledge Management System--New Choice for the Developmental and Organizational Model of Higher Vocation Education

This paper presents that the intellective management is a new model of the curricula development in higher vocation education. The pre-condition of this new model is the choice of the up-to -down knowledge production form made by the higher education; the foundation of new model is that there are the revealed characterand the recessive character inthe curricula knowledge of higher vocation education ;the gist of it is various of development form requiring the answer theoretically; the way to execute the new model is2 parallelways :one is the revealed knowledge development model-meso-allianceknowledge managementandanother istherecessiveknowledge developmentmodel-self-conscioussystemknowledge management
