Learning Psychology Research and Teaching Strategies Discussion in Programming Teaching for College Students
At the present time most universities setup program course as a formal curriculum to teach the basic programming language in non-computer specialty of China. But the research shows that there are various problems in practical teaching. Teaching programming to novices has been proven to be a challenge to both staff and students. Hard to learn and hard to teach become the unanimous opinion of teachers and students. So this paper begins with the research of status quo and problemsinteachingandlearning,thenanalysesthe characteristics of learning psychology in programming, and reveals the true causes of the hardness as well. In the end, the paper provides corresponding strategies to improve efficiency of both programming learning and teaching.
