A Short Message Application System Based on CMPP
The IC card and mobile phone are two popular carriers which transfer information. This paper describes a mobile service value -added service based on IC card and CMPP. The main objective of the system is to realize the communication between IC card users and mobile phone users.IC card users can send short message to the mobile phone users by Integrated Circuit Card and read short message s from mobile phone by IC card reader. The mobile phone users can receive and send short messages to IC card users. Internet short message gateway,as the bridge between GSM short message center and SMS service provider The short message gateway is developed based on CMPP (China Mobile Peer to Peer) and the short message sending and reading is realized by IC card.
