Research of CMIP/SNMP Translation Mechanism Based on Proxy Technique

摘要：

Although there existbig differences on management information transmission protocol and MIB between CMIP and SNMP, the management of large-scale multiprotocol network and end-to-end network requires the interconnection and interworking between CMIP and SNMP.The proxy technique is studied in this paper to meet the demand of integrated network management through mapping CMIP MIB to corresponding SNMP MIB. At last method and instance for implementing translation using proxy is introduced.
