Application of a Hybrid Genetic Algorithm
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of genetic algorithm (GA) and presents a new method to improve it with neural networks (NN). Along with the data flow, our method takes good advantages of the two algorithms and optimizes every step. At last, we apply this method in the link capacity control of the asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) and enumerate some fields that they are often applied.
