Application of Data Mining Technique in Customer Relationship Management
Data mining techniques can be applied in CRM because there are many connection points between them. There are three kinds of CRM and all of them can work more effective by combining with the technique. Typically, data mining circle is composed of four steps including determination of mining objects, data selection and preparation, model building and evaluation,model identification and update.Withthe development of economy, data mining and CRM will be combined more tightly, and fast development of data mining techniques is making CRM morepractical and valuable.
