Analysis on Process Pattern and Project Management for Developing Information System
Process patterns are concerned with the methodology both in technique and in project management for information system development. Starting with the analysis of process management strategies, the principle of forming process pattern was discussed and the two basic process patterns were described. The influences of process pattern on activities of project management were analyzed.Amongthem,the discussions were focused on the relationships of process pattern with progress management, cost management, risk management and quality management of project management. Which led to that project management of information system is actually the one based on a specifically process pattern.
