Construction of Prediction Index System on Enterprises Crisis
For enterprises, it is important to predict when and how a crisis happens in order to respond immediately.Construction of index system for enterprise to predict the crisis is focused in this paper. At the beginning of the paper, significance of enterprises crisis prediction is discussed. Based on crisiss characteristics, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is selected. According to systematical principle, scientific principle, universal principle and representative principle, as well as comparable and exercisable principle, the index system is constructed. The system includes six indexes namely political circumstance, macro economy circumstance, development of the industry and competition situation, relationships with stakeholders, enterprise social responsibility, management and finance situation of enterprise. The system is hoped to help enterprise to predict crisis. On the other hand, enterprise can improve itself on these aspects in order to avoid crisis.
