The Research of Establishing an Early-warning Information System of MNE External Crises

摘要：

As an open system, the performance of multinational enterprise (MNE) can be affected by any small changes in externals. If it could not adapt to the changes, the business crises come. Therefore, it is significant to predict the external crises and prevent venture from it. Based on the structure of early-warning information system of MNE external crises, this article establishes an early-warning index system, an early-warning model, and offers a case analysis.
