Research on Optimal Distribution of Resources Based on the Management of Unexpected Crisis Events

摘要：

Unexpected Crisis events not only do harm to the development of human society, but also cause big loss to a country,a district or an enterprise. In order to make the loss be the least, the rescue resources should be distributed properly.Because the occurrence of crisis events is unexpected, managers distribution of rescue resources is a game process.The application of dynamic game network technology will play an important role in the optimal distribution of rescue resources.
