Construct Crisis Management System of Universities in China
With the development of modem society, the probability of breaking out crisis will be the highest in the history of human being. Crisis may occur at any time and any place, no matter what the organization is and whether it, runs well or not. Being a large social system, the managers of universities are in urgent need of establishing crisis management system according to the characteristics of universities crisis. This paper analyzes the species of crisis in universities and gets the conception of crisis management in universities. Then a study of three subsystems of crisis management system is presented, and some corresponding tactics are proposed to maintain stability and development of universities in our country.
