Researches on the Crisis Management Model of Enterprises Talented Employees Voluntary Turnover

As the delivery of information becomes faster and faster today, the competition between enterprises comes down to the competition of talented employees in the final analysis. This competition is not only about how to attract talented employees, but also about how to retain them. This paper establishes a model of enterprises talented employeesvoluntary turnover, which is based on the new definitions of talented employees, talented employees voluntary turnover and its crisis management. This model expounds the process of talented employees voluntary rurnover,and put forward academic basis for enterprises about talented employees crisis management.
