The Crisis Management Based on Brain Drain
The main mode of multinational corporations operating in China is localization, which attracts a large number of talents joining. How to prevent and resolve the crisis caused by the brain drain has become a question of many Chinese enterprises facing. The problem as a starting point, through interpreting the harm result and causes of brain drain crisis, this article suggests that enterprises should establish a reasonable system of crisis management including daily management, early-warning and crisis coping with and so on. Meanwhile they should take effective measures for crisis prevention.
