Research on the Credit Crisis in E-commerce

It is electronic commerce age for 21st century. China following the step of the worlds closely, the electronic commerce rises quickly in China. But a lot of the e-commerce companies are flashy. They come hurriedly, and go hastily, just like 8848 enterprises in china. Compare to traditional business, the e-commerce companies bear more crises: credit crisis, safety crisis, technology crisis, human resource crisis and so on. One of these crises is most serious. Thats credit crisis.This paper tries to find out the best choice for consumer and company in e-commerce, and tries to find out the reasons cause credit crisis. At last, this paper gives 8 points suggestion to avoid or reduce the credit crisis.
