Telecommunication Trade Custom Forfeit Crisis: Causes and Countermeasures
With the increasing of opening level after accession to WTO and market economic building stepwise extension,competition of telecommunication trade is more and more fierce. The telecom carriers all focus on how to improve the faithfulness and satisfaction of customers and reduce the loss of customers. Based on the theory of CRM and combined with the characteristic of telecommunication trade, this paper analyzes cause of the custom forfeit crisis and put forwards the countermeasures about the analysis.
