How Chinese Medium-sized and Small-scale Enterprises Cope with the Survival Crisis
With the gradually opening of the Chinese market, numerous foreign enterprises swarm into the home market,which makes the existence environment of medium-sized and small-scale enterprises worsen. Therefore, it becomes the reality which medium-sized and small-scale enterprises have to confront. This paper probes into the predictable and unpredictable crisis, and constructs the corresponding model in order to provide new thoughts on dealing with the survival crisis to medium-sized and small-scale enterprises and improve their level of the crisis management.
