The Forming Process of Enterprise Crisis

摘要：

The enterprise crisis forming process may use function F=α(atan(RE)+1)·e(βCI) further to simulate to make this process to be clearer. The management function plays the adjustment risk role in this process. In view of the crisis forming process, we should raise the strategy management level, establish early warning system, implement the strategic management tripartite to carry on the melt facing the crisis.
