Study of Creeping Organizational Crisis and Determination of Its Critical Point

摘要：

Through the analysis of organizational crisis, this paper indicates that systematic entropy is the fundamental reason why creeping organizational crisis exists. Then it combines entropy and dissipative structure to analyze the process of organization evolution and bring forward that when organization reaches non-balance steady state, the creeping crisis of organization achieves its critical state, and it is just the time for the organization taking organization innovation.
