Research on the Strategic Crisis Management of the Enterprise
Along with the uncertainty of the enterprise strategy environment aggravating, the theorists and the business community pay more and more attention to the strategy crisis management. This article embarks from the strategic management angle, analyzes the strategic crisis constitution factors and proposes a new definition of the strategic crisis. The strategic crises are various kinds of events or the possibility that affects the enterprise to reach the strategic goals. On the base of the definition of the strategic crisis, this article has studied the strategic crisis constitutions and the causes, and has proposed the measures for the strategic crisis management.
